With my last few pictures, I've started experimenting with much bolder colours than I previously used. When I originally started CGing, I found that I couldn't use bold colours as they ended up just being big blocks of solid colour and looked terrible. For that reason I started using much lighter shades.

As my CG has evolved, it's gotten to the point where I can use darker colours without the picture looking terrible anymore.
